Salesforce Lightening Adoption

This one should not come as a surprise – Trailblazer Community supports innovation.

As a company that takes pride in providing innovative solutions, it’s heartening to see that its user community is equally responsive in utilizing that innovation for the benefit of the business.

According to this survey, the adoption of Lightning has increased from 11% in 2016 to 54% in 2018.

Also, new integrations opened doors for many companies to integrate Salesforce with their MS Office and G Suite.  So how’s the industry responding to it?

Well, with 7% positive responders for G-Suite integrations and 9% for MS Office, the community is clearly not lapping it up but that means there’s room for improvement.
